Spike TV wants fighters at 155 and 205 pounds to test their mettle on April Fool’s Day for Season 12 of The Ultimate Fighter.

TUF 12 tryouts are scheduled for April 1 at the Omni Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, N.C., Spike TV announced today. The network wants lightweight and light-heavyweight fighters.

Participants must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three professional fights on their record. They will be asked to grapple and hit pads.

Season 11 of UFC’s reality show recently finished taping and is scheduled to premiere on March 31. Spike runs two 12-episode seasons of TUF each year, one in spring and one in the fall. Taping typically runs about six weeks.
