Marriott Hotels in Thailand Join Hands with Habitat for Humanityto Support Local Communities in Need

For more than 15 years, Marriott International has been a leader and contributing member of Thailands hospitality industry. Working to improve the environment and well-being of the communities they serve, all 14 Marriott managed hotels in the country have now partnered with Habitat for Humanity Thailand to raise THB 2 million (approximately $62,000 USD) and build 10 houses in Pratumthani and Phuket by October 2010. We have hotels in or nearby these cities so the activities would have direct impact on our local neighborhoods.
